Sherlyn Pang Luedtke is the Founder of Present Parent Training, a cutting-edge parenting success training company for parents with children in early development. By harmoniously integrating personal growth and child development principles, Sherlyn teaches proven methods that will enable you to stay present and hopeful when confronted by any parenting challenge. She specializes in personal development and parenting strategies that nurture your child’s spirit and strengthen your heart.

By practicing the methods she teaches, Sherlyn Pang Luedtke transformed herself and her son from stern parent and obedient child to deeply connected mother and son. Her energetic trainings change lives using experiential techniques, funny anecdotes and simple practices that participants can immediately apply to real world challenges. Her passion is to nurture aspiring adults such that we illuminate our homes with unconditional love and growth, for ourselves and our children.

Sherlyn successfully made her devastating yet rewarding leap from full-time career to full-time mom. She researched and applied a wide range of parenting methods, leading to her development of the Present Parent Paradigm based on mutual respect, modeling, empathy, and resourcefulness in finding win-win solutions. Grounded in neuroscience and child development research, this paradigm empowers children to embrace their uniqueness, express themselves creatively, and expand to their full potential. It cultivates deep connection, prosperity consciousness, inner strength, and spiritual integrity.

 

In this paradigm, the parent is also continually developing. Being a hot tempered, over-achieving, approval junkie and not being a “kid person,” Sherlyn found herself challenged daily to remain in integrity. Along the path toward her long-term vision for her children and herself, she made steps forward and backward which deepened her insight into what it takes to parent from choice instead of reacting from past conditioning. Recognizing that raising children is like living a personal development seminar every day, Sherlyn shares wisdom and strategies that enable her students to parent from their highest and noblest intentions while experiencing awareness, understanding, and growth in the process.

In addition to being a devoted wife and mother of two, she is a successful entrepreneur, dynamic parent educator, and insightful empowerment coach. She is a member of the Ready for School Community Advisory Board of the Los Angeles Unified School District and works with other community and parent groups. Her work incorporates Non-violent Parenting and Success Principles, and is influenced by her study of T. Harv Eker, Julia Cameron, Brian Tracy, Anthony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Marshall Rosenberg, and many others. Her background in human resources and training allowed her to serve diverse audiences, winning her employer the Massachusetts Governor’s Award on Employment for People with Disabilities.

Sherlyn is a certified trainer and life coach and uses accelerated learning techniques so that her students learn faster and remember more.
